They were very friendly and prompt.....My blazer stayed an extra couple of days before I picked it up.... reasonable prices and great location.I was hesitant at first, after I read the earlier reviews and was a bit skeptical tbh....however, for your local laundromat, they did not fail me.

I like taking my clothes there, I believe it's the closest cleaner to my home, but on one of my trips I paid them around 15 dollars (give or take a few dollars) to clean two pair of slacks, and the black slacks had what appeared to be face makeup on the thigh. As you can imagine I was kind of annoying to take my pants out plastic wrap and immediately have to clean them off myself, but, so far, that's my only complaint. Good shop otherwise. It's funny I know which girl it was too because she was wearing quite a bit of make up. Lol. Would recommend.

I have been going to Imperial Cleaners for over 2 years and have always had a wonderful experience.

Recently, one of my shirts came back with a bit of damage to one of the cuffs due to one of their machines. I went in and talked to the owner (Mr. Simmons), and he graciously reimbursed me the cost of replacing the shirt, and gave me a few pieces of advice for shirt care.

In addition to being a great business with whom I've never had issues, Imperial Cleaners has shown there commitment to taking care of their customers and ensuring that customers feel cared for.

A great shop with great values and great service!
