Incredible experience with Ideal Image Easton! Front desk staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. They worked with my (admittedly difficult) schedule and squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Although the front desk staff was incredible, my treatment provider, Akeela, is who really inspired me to write this review after 7+ years with Ideal Image. Akeela was efficient, responsive to my concerns, and a PERFECTIONIST when it comes to her work. Her attention to detail is remarkable and it made all the difference in my visit-- Ideal Image is lucky to have her and I'll be asking for her by name in the future! Thank you, Akeela!

I had an appointment with Rachael D. at this location. She was so helpful, reassuring and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained what to expect. And the results speak for themselves! It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality and attentive care.

Just wanted to give a special shout out to Frankie and her team at the Morse Road location. They were nothing short of accommodating and friendly getting some appointments rescheduled for my partner! Would absolutely recommend Ideal Image for many reasons but especially this location due to the staff! Thank you again ladies!!
