terrible place to do business!! would never recommend a loan from this bank!!! bought a new 2020 f-250 they posted my payment in error as a principal payment only and called me to tell me my payment was late in october of 2021, which my payment was paid and they said it was an error on there part. jan 2021 still waiting on late fee to be refunded called again to be told they did not submit it correctly and they should have it resolved in a few days. never again would i do business with this imcomipitant finacial institute.

I would give this bank a negative star if possible. They took over my hometown bank (First Federal Savings and Loan) in Lafayette, Indiana in the 80's and screwed up my escrow account on my mortgage then (I established my first passbook savings account at First Federal before I was in kindergarten and had a deep loyalty to them... would never have changed banks but when Huntington took over they created a mess and I pulled everything I had out) Now I read that they called 911 on a black man in Ohio trying to cash his first paycheck with a new company. Huntington SUCKS and is racist. Happy to know I made the right decision in the '80s.

I'm writing the review for this location since it's listed as where alert email originate. Long story short, they detected possible fraud, i jumped through hoops, they refused to release my account, so I closed it. Only to have them send me low-balance alerts afterwards. And mark my account as "force closed" even though I closed it voluntarily. Way to treat a brand new customer!
