My first review was not positive however once I spoke to the office manager Mo, she not only listened to me but she remedied the situation. She was able to get me back into the store, had a different doctor relook at my prescription and corrected my contacts and glasses. The staff care about their customers enough to ensure that they leave satisfied. Most importantly is they did not pass judgment, were empathetic, and understanding. Mistakes happen and the staff at Easton Lenscrafter really go above and beyond to fix errors and truly make being a client there a good experience. Thanks Mo!!! I appreciate you and your team!

Very professional business. The staff, Dr. Morettin and Dr. Larsen are very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any eye condition, medical or otherwise.

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable of products. I never feel rushed to make a decision. The Doctor always takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have.
