I've only gotten my nails professionally done once before in 2017 (somewhere else) so I figured I'd treat myself and try again. I booked my appointment online for a gel manicure and added art as an add-on. I arrived and waited by the counter but wasn't greeted or acknowledged for about a minute. No big deal. A man appeared and I told him I was there for an appointment and he told me to go wash my hands. Embarrassingly, I couldn't figure out how to work the sink faucet so I was probably over there for longer than I should have been. love love love Glow! Kenny does my nails perfect - dip french! lasts about 28 days. The atmosphere is relaxing and I always find new tunes as I find myself shazaming songs. Lee did my pedicure last and as he massaged my legs, I whipped out my laptop and got in an hour of work! I literally go NOWHERE else. I used to go to a place on cherry bottom but the background noise from the football games on all their screens was NOT relaxing.
