You will not find a personal/small group trainer more committed to you as a client than Elizabeth. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, driven (like know one else I know), and just an amazing human being. The gym is fully equipped and her workouts are well thought out an purposeful. I have been working with her since they opened and have enjoyed everything they have to offer.

Elizabeth is one of the best trainers I've had! She genuinely cares about your health and well being and she helped me push my limits when I wanted to resist them. I enjoyed the variety of workouts I would have each week and the time seemed to fly by despite it being a workout. ;)If you're looking for a great, supportive trainer, look no further!

I’ve been going to John & Elizabeth for over 2 years. In a half hour, twice a week, you will see and feel results. I’ve been doing my own gym workouts at Lifetime for years and never had these results. Fantastic people doing great work, in a short amount of time per workout. I could not recommend them more highly.
