The best place to feel welcomed and listened to! I'm an older runner and didn't know if I would even be able to walk again, after serious muscle spasms due to post-covid symptoms. Fit For Life is amazing! I started struggling with Planter Fasciitis so bad I ended up in a boot. My foot hasn’t felt this good in months! And, they are all knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me new exercises to get back to running soon. Highly recommend!!
