Fit For Life Physical Therapy - Lane Avenue

Fit for Life has been an amazing PT experience for me. They've been helping me work through two running injuries and have helped create a sustainable at-home program that focuses on strength and getting me back to running at a realistic pace. I've worked with both Joe and Sean and they've been extremely responsive and great to work with. They're personable, and talk through the anatomy and science behind the pain I'm experiencing. Would highly recommend especially for athletes who are looking to get back into their sport and feel confident about it.

I WAS DESPONDENT! During my training for the NYC Marathon this summer, I must've pushed it too hard. My hip started hurting -- so bad, that I couldn't run more than a mile. What was I going to do? I was a little over two months away from race day when I first saw Joe. I went to Fit For Life one a week until the race. He used heat. He put that thingy on it. He massaged it. Very pleased with Sean, Joe, Amy, Chris, Chelsea and the rest of the staff. Although this is for the UA office it applies to all three offices.In June 2021 I had a calf strain issue and Joe S., Chris and Amy S. both helped me. It cleared up once I started doing more hills as well, but Joe gave me good exercises to stay strong.In Dec. 2021 I had a gastroc issue and Sean, Chelsea and others helped with that as well to get me prepped during Marathon training. They also gave me stretches I could do at home as my issue was minor but lingering.I highly recommend them; they have their offices inside the shoe store itself!
