James was EXCELLENT! He fixed our problem so fast... and gave great recommendations for how to control our humidity and cool our HOT house. Can't say enough about James... and Favret! Thank you for fixing our problem!!!

We have had a service contract with Favret for years. Two inspections every year. Just had a leak and they came out same day. Identified problem immediately and corrected on the spot. NO CHARGE. Maintenance contract well worth it. Also the service we have received over the years has been exceptional even showing how to correct minor issues.

Favrett just finished an A/C install. Jim and Sal were the installer and were excellent. Chris was the tech! Again Excellent. I can’t thank you guys enough as well as the entire Favrett team! Mark
