Staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I needed to get a form done to lower my insurance premium that included some minor bloodwork and they were able to get me in and draw blood to send to the lab the same day

This was the best DOT exam I've ever had. They where fast and efficient. The lady's and the doctor where so kind and loving I recommend you coming her if you need to be cared for I will be back thanks again for all your help.

In town for work had a month to renew my medical certificate so I decided to stop by was in and out in 30 minutes friendly staff very thorough and professional definitely recommend to others for dot physical
