This location closed in mid December of this year. I had been calling for weeks to schedule my annual exam and I only got voicemail with no return phone call or outgoing message saying they had closed. I tried to stop by in person to schedule an appointment and the doors were locked during business hours with no signs that they were closed either. The automated system was finally updated and transferred me to the Gahanna location that informed me the office had closed.

Awesome place and super friendly and helpful staff. Was traveling in from California and without back lenses when I tore one. They set me up with trial lenses to get me through the weekend. Thanks Dez.

While the staff was very friendly, I will likely not return. I explained that I had never had an optometrist appointment before so everything was new to me. I didn't know my pupils had been dilated until I arrived at work right after my appointment - I was only told they were putting eye drops in my eyes. I also didn't have anything about my specific eye condition explained to me until I showed my prescription to someone at a store where I was looking at frames yesterday and she told me I had astigmatism in my left eye according to the rX.
