I had a great experience here. I had to change Barbers and was reluctant to leave my previous Barber as they were closing their shop. I had come here and found that I was happy I did.

Long story short, I needed to get my nails, feet and facial wax done bc it was the last day of production in my school and I was also starting my 1st day at Urban One Radio Station. So I called a few places and drove all over town looking for a place that accepts walk-ins, I had no luck but KATHI at Exquisite Design went above and beyond to try to get me a nail tech, she texted me even after I found a place on my own just to see if I had resolved! This is the best example of great customer service! PLEASE KEEP THIS LADY BC SHE IS AWESOME SAUCE! WEEEEEEPPPPPPAAAAAA

Exquisite Design is a fun salon with nice stylists and nail technicians. I have been coming here for many years and I have always had amazing service. They do wonderful pedicures and my nails always look awesome. If you are needing a great new salon, call today and ask to speak with a hair stylist or nail technician. They have someone for everyone !
