A few days before, that visit was by Shaun to check groundhog trap and set the second one.
The pest created a warren immediately against the foundation, which is a huge No-No for house safety. Shaun gave me great tips for what to do to protect the foundation after they eventually catch the groundhog and do initial backfill of the hole. Really appreciate the time he gave me as well.
Discovering bed bugs in your home is traumatic. Holli and the technicians at Environmental Pest Management were kind, understanding, and efficient. I hope I never have to hire them again, but have peace of mind knowing they are available just in case.
