I usually do not answer my door for salespeople, but I am so glad that I did this time! I was honest up front and let Josh, the sales rep, know that I was not in a position to afford a new roof. He assured me that the inspection was free and that he would work with my insurance company to get the replacement paid for because there had been a storm that caused damage to other homes in the area. Inspection showed damage so I filed a claim with my insurance company and in just a couple of weeks my new roof was scheduled to be installed. Very professional. Easy to contact and quick with responses. They made dealing with insurance easy and even handled the calls. Good communication of the process and next steps.
