These doctors are angels from Heaven. They're so caring. So is everyone on staff! Professional, welcoming, and precise in everything they do. Our family will forever be grateful for the services we've received over the years. If you want top-of-the-line expertise professionalism we highly recommend the medical and vision professional at Primary One.
I didn’t have any issues with the staff. I went in for a cleaning the reason I’m giving a low rating is because I went in early to my appointment only to be sitting there for almost 2 hours.
Waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour in my paper robe in the office suffering from painful and itchy poison ivy. Was told a two hour wait time is standard. How is making someone wait that long okay to be standard?! Unprofessional. Level of care is fine, but don't schedule people on top of each other.
