This was my first time using Dale Cleaners and I am most impressed. All of the shirts I needed cleaned came back perfectly pressed (no unwanted creases). Less than three dollars a shirt!

I have been coming to the location on Northwest for 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the price and service. I specifically come in later in the afternoons since a very kind and special employee works those shifts. Haven’t had any problems with them at all. 5/5 stars

Despite the 4 complaints listed on this website, my experience was very positive and I would recommend Dale Cleaners in Grandview to anyone who asked. It's my assumption that these 4 indictments are characterized by exaggeration and exception. The customer service was very high quality, and my clothes came back clean and pressed at a very reasonable price. Both people I interacted with were very nice and helpful, they returned my clothes on the day they said they would, and it was $14 dollars for my suit. Just wanted to show you what I'm sure is the more normal characterization of Dale's Cleaners service, mischaracterized by the select few who were unsatisfied.
