I called five trappers and they were the only ones to answer their phone with a human and did not have to wait on hold. I immediately felt like I was dealing with a local company and their rates were very reasonable and the service was excellent! After the first day my critter issue was solved and I could tell their technician treated the critter as most humanely as possible.

So pleased with Critter Control's (specifically Amanda and Quinton) service. So kind and friendly. They answered my questions and walked me through the whole process, making me feel much better. 5 stars!!

Great service, nice employees (Quinten and another guy). They did not trap my skunk because it had moved on. But will use Critter Control again if need arises. They have taken care of my problems in the past.
