I had an appointment for a pre-employment physical and still waited over an hour and a half to be seen. Ended up being 2 hours late to work when I had previously asked on the phone when making my appointment how long it would take, and being told 20-30 min. Staff was not very friendly

This is the first time I had a very excellent experience with this business. Right from the receptionists to the sample taking professional, I was met with smiles throughout. I would recommend this place a hundred times to family and friends. Good keep up with the good work

Walked in & was greeted. I was in for a standard drug screen & DOT physical. Small crowd. The receptionist informed me that it would be an extended wait due to low staffing. I waited about 30 minutes or so. Went through the process & everything went well.The only negative thing I would say is that the waiting area could have been a bit larger, it was set up where you’re elbow to elbow with a stranger. 8/10.
