They pay you for your opinions! A bit of a time investment, about 2 hours usually (get there early, and then panels usually last around 1.5 hours)But it's things like this that help companies adjust their stuff to hit the widest audience possible.If you get offered a chance, it's legit, go do it!

I participated in their market research today as a focus group member and it was some of the easiest monies I have ever earned. You have to fit the parameters for the particular market research study in a variety of categories so I don't get to do these very often. I'm on a couple of different market research lists and this was the second time I actually made it into a paying study. I often don't qualify because I don't eat meat (there are a lot of fast food market studies done in Columbus) or have kids. They either email me questions or call depending on the market research firm. So there is a bit of effort that you have to put in before you can get a financial return but I think it is worth it. The folks at Complete Research Connection couldn't be nicer and they pay with a check as soon as you are done. If you have a flexible schedule this is a great way to pick up some extra cash. The money per hour is great- I was there less than 2 hours and made over $100, but YMMV according to the particulars of each study.
