Excellent customer service, every time. Kevin Simmers, our technician, arrived on time, checked our furnace, and explained his findings and recommendations. He also took a moment to be kind to my rescue dog. Mr. Simmers is a true professional, and I appreciate both his expertise and his people (and dog) skills.

We have just had a Bryant min-split ductless system installed in our detached garage that functions as our home gym. Ba and Brock were our installers. These two gentlemen were excellent and extremely thorough. They did a beautiful, beautiful, clean job. True excellence in their workmanship.
They clearly care about what they are doing, and treated our garage gym with a lot of respect. It is absolutely beautiful work both for the wall mounted inside unit and the careful placement of the heat pump unit on the outside. Such a clean, beautiful install.

I had to redo my previous review. Recently our 29 year old HVAC system bit the dust and wouldn’t kick back on. I called for an appointment to have it checked on Wednesday 8/28 and had a technician named Pooya Yousefi out that very evening to confirm that our compressor had died. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered every question we had and set up an appointment for a salesman to come out at 9:00am the next day. Mike Brooks showed up and came in to look at our current system and went through what options were available, he didn’t suggest anything over the top, he wasn’t pushy or trying to up sell and found us a system that we could have installed... read full review
