Great service! Cold air stopped so we ended up needing service the next day (Saturday). Chris Jordan was dispatched to us for a 10am arrival. After a few questions and testing electrical on our compressor, Chris determined the problem was a failed capacitor. After quick replacement (parts on truck), we switched the unit on and it was cold after only a few minutes. Excellent service and quick return to comfort. We enrolled in a service plan to help with problems through the year. Thank you CWA!
