Dr Kyle helped me out after a car accident. Not only did he help me gain relief in person but was able to give me effective exercises to do on my own. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Columbus Spine and Sport Center!
Dr. Anna was very attentive and listened to my situation. She immediately had an action plan that consisted of ART and adjustments. I loved that she gave me some 'homework' to do before my next visit to help with mobility which will help alleviate my QL pain. In addition, I appreciate that Dr. Anna is an active person/athlete as she understands my desire to get back into the activities I enjoy pain-free.
I am impressed with her knowledge and ability to improve my condition. I have been a lifelong athlete with multiple injuries and Anna has been able to get results that I previously have not been able to achieve. Highly recommend her and the practice.
