I was recommended here by a friend and Columbus Pain & Performance far exceeded my expectations! Im an advocate for holistic healing and love that they focus on finding the root of certain issues I was having rather than just adjusting me and calling it a day. I first came with concerns about my ankles, hips, and back. Fast forward a few sessions and I began to notice a SIGNIFICANT difference in the way my body feels and moves in just a short amount of time. Both Dr Kelly and Dr Kovacs are amazing. They both provide quality care and are focused on fixing the imbalances and problematic movement patterns that lead to pain and weakness. The entire team cares deeply about the outcome of their patients and I've never felt more comfortable in any doctor/chiropractic/body work setting. They explain the why behind every movement in a way that even I can understand. I could not recommend them more highly.
