Columbus Local Locksmith, is by far the best service (Small business) I’ve corresponded and worked with in the Columbus Area. After attempting to have locks changed by other services, I got in touch with Eric, the owner of the company. Eric assured me that the service could be done and would be completed by one of his technicians during the “after-hours”. Unfortunately, the lockbox I needed wasn’t in stock with their suppliers. Needless to say...the job wasn’t going to be able to be done until the next morning, when Lowes opened for business. I was upset by this...really upset...especially after dealing with countless other businesses in Columbus who dropped the ball. I was even more upset because, right before I set the appointment with Eric, I was on the phone with another locksmith who had a technician at Lowes with money in hand to purchase a lockbox. However, Eric’s confidence, phone manner and competitive prices ultimately won me over -- I mean, we buy from who we like, right? I’ve never had such AMAZING service from a business owner! Eric literally promised me that despite whatever it would take to ensure the job would be completed in next couple of hours, he would make sure it was done. He was NOT kidding! Eric literally went to my home, at 10:48pm, changed the locks, didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me and provided the service in a few minutes. The funny thing is, this is a simple rookie job, he explained. Meanwhile...I spent 2 days trying to find a locksmith that wasn’t charging me $400 over the average price, providing me terrible service or willing to video record the lock change for me. Eric did this all SEAMLESSLY and he didn’t have to! I would’ve likely accepted his technician coming out the next morning. Here’s the thing...He CARES! He cares about his customers. He believes that treating his customers well is what feeds his family. (I know...we spoke about it) I was VERY IMPRESSED & APPRECIATIVE, to say the least. Eric will not fail you...he’s great to work with and I’m sure, would be great to work for.
