From my first meeting with David at Columbus Garage Floor Coating (CGFC), I felt confident the company would do an excellent job. I researched a few companies and felt the most comfortable CGFC. David came out to my home and explained the process in detail. He answered all my questions in detail. No pressure. I valued the lifetime warranty offered by this company. Once the project started, I was texted each day as to when to expect the work to begin. The team leader, Billie, was outstanding with communication. He was professional and concise. The management and crews were very professional. The drying of the floor took an extra day or two longer than expected due to unusual circumstances, but in the end I'm very pleased with the result.

Rick is amazing! Very thorough and personable when providing an estimate and letting us know the benefits of the floor coating. He was always very prompt to reply and provide a status or answer questions that we had (even after install). Rick and Tyler did a great job installing the floor and there was no mess afterwards. We are very happy with the process and end result.
