College Works Painting

College Works Painting gave me a detailed list of everything I needed done. Pressure washing entire house siding, painting trim on front porch ( spindles, columns, fascia caulking where needed ). The group also painted a utility shed. The work was done in a timely manner. The young men were pleasant and willing to answer any questions. The areas were cleaned up everyday. As for the price, it was okay . Thanks guys .

I had my deck painted this summer, with the job led by Dan DiCillo. First, from the moment Dan came to my home to do the estimate - he was professional and thorough. From politely introducing himself and his peers, to taking off his shoes upon entering my home, to talking through what College Works had to offer, to quoting the job and finally, to providing an estimate; he spent over 2 hours to be certain he was understanding my needs as a customer, and providing the best options. I was extremely impressed! I knew that there was no one who could do the job better - and I hired him on the spot. We used College Works in the past to paint a rental property in southern Ohio. We were able to find a tenant the very next week! They were able to do the work without us being there and were very good about keeping us in the loop about when they were starting and finishing. The neighbors said they were very friendly and the price was great! :)
