I'm a resident at LC Riversouth so I get free access to CODE Fitness. The gym is in good shape, though a few pieces of equipment need some minor repair. The place could use a regular cleaning since there's some dust and accumulated sweat buildup on the cardio equipment. The Cybex ArcTrainer is pretty sweet but it breaks down regularly. Here's where I knock down stars. The regional manager (not Jesse, the trainer) has the personality of a used toe rag. I reported the broke down Cybex to him once and he expressed he knew it was down. Decent for coming with an LC lease. Hours need to be updated on Google. Recommendations: needs a hex deadlift bar, curl bar & bench, and could use some mirrors in the weight lifting area + some padding so weights aren’t always banging. Overall not bad for a small place though.

As a resident within this apartment complex's properties, I am able to use this gym as it's included in my membership. So far, it's been a mixed bag. The equipment is sometimes put away, which is always nice, but gym etiquette exists about 55% of the time.While there are plenty of paper towels and cleaner out, I never feel like anyone actually uses it, at least when I'm there. Additionally, despite the multiple signs and reminders not to drop weights, there are a plethora of marks on the floor to show residents decide otherwise. I've been in the gym with all the grunting and dropping and sometimes shouting by other users, it's pretty disruptive... read full review
