Kevin is the paramount professional. He was prompt and diligent in his work. He did an excellent job reviewing his report with to ensure that we as first time home buyers understood all of the information.

We had an 11-month inspection on our new build and we couldn’t be happier with the thoroughness of the report as well as the great customer service. Scheduling was simple; I talked with Kevin directly and he answered all of my questions. He was perfectly on time, waiting outside early and knocking on our door at exactly the scheduled time. During the inspection, our 3 year old was home and Kevin was SO kind to him, allowing him to “help” out, going so far as to “pay” him with a Starbucks gift card to buy a cake pop.
