9/9/24 Update: today, the original crew stopped by late in the day to add the second coat to the two exterior walls we prioritized. Happy that the team stood behind their work and completed the job. Thank you Sarah for your balance and communication.
9/6/24 Update: after my initial excitement with the job, I began to notice “sprayer gaps” on my siding where the old (lighter color) paint was showing through. As our agreement was for two coats, I am revising my rating until such time that CertaPro completes the touch-up and recoat.

Our house was well overdue for painting. I had been working with a painter on some interior rooms of my house and asked for an exterior quote. His quote was through the roof. I had been getting mailers from CertaPro and decided I would give them a shot. Jason responded immediately to a request for a quote. He was so easy to work with and so thorough in discussing all of our options. He made it all so transparent and the price was within our budget and fair. The color consultant, Angie, was so helpful in helping us pick colors we really liked. The members of the office, Taylor and Flannery, were friendly and so easy to work with. Great, hard working employees. They get the job done quick and will drill in anything loose or let us know if something needs fixed. Take pictures before and after and aren’t lazy about! Been using them for two years now:)
