The estimate we were provided was customized to our building ... competing bids used the same template as their residential projects. We were very impressed with Capital and would highly recommend them for painting jobs.

Kyle Stein was very informative of what to expect on timeline and work performance. Mike was very professional and the production crew was fast and clean. they did a 2 story office building in 4 days. Good contractor for a quick job.
