I started getting facials every 5-6 weeks or so at the Easton location with Natalie J. in February 2023 and it's made such an improvement to my skin. I followed her to the Clintonville location and she always notices what is working or could be improved and recommends products to maximize results with my budget- and is honest on what I need or don't need and she is SO nice! I wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend Natalie!
Heather has been my esthetician for just over 3 years and I couldn’t be happier not only with how my skin has transformed but also the awesome relationship we move formed! She remembers the small details of my life even when she hadn’t seen me for months. She’s meticulous with every facial I’ve ever gotten from her (and there’s been many). When I first started at Boss Gal I jumped around to different people, but once I went to Heather, I never looked back. She takes the time to understand your skin, is non judgmental, funny, and her up-beat personality make even the roughest days with acne feel less overwhelming. Heather’s excellent technical skill coupled with her fun personality make her the best person to see at Boss Gal.
