Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated really well throughout the entire massage. The work she did on my neck was very relieving. The business is neat and clean and stocked with related products. It was an overall excellent experience. I will be going back.

Lark brings healing to body, mind and soul. When I leave, my body is relaxed, my mind is calmed and my spirit is inspired. She has such a great energy about her that she somehow infuses in her massage. I have continued to be drawn back to her since someone gave me a gift certificate for my first massage…8? years ago.

The therapists at BWHG are so friendly and really listen to you and your body. They help with high quality services as well as products and the prices are comparably low. I am very happy to have found a great space for relaxation and healing in the neighborhood.
