honestly i don't recommend going here at all!! the ceiling is dirty , they hit me multiple times and didn't apologize and were just really rough and the lady kept picking up phone calls while doing my hair just a very unprofessional place should be shut down they charge way to much for what they give and it doesn't even look identical to what you show them .

My sister n grandmother went there... they really messed up their hair, my sisters was gap to hell it was supposed to be a simple hair style plus they did 3 bleaches n made her hair gummy, my grandmother's hair was uneven at the bottom n the dye lasted 2 days n completely washed out

Well where do I start. First of all I scheduled my appointment under the impression that they had covid 19 procedures in place since they have it posted everywhere that they do. I arrive at the shop and was told only one braided would be working on my head at a time instead there was two and one not wearing a mask. I let it go in hopes they'd get done in a reasonable amount of time. It took them 9 hours... 9 hours!!!!! After that I was in pain for a week, my scalp literally swollen and beaming red. And already my hair is coming out, my twists are coming a loose. I have followed all the steps to maintain my hair but it has not worked. My hair is pitiful. It lasted one week of pain. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. SAVE YOUR 300$ go elsewhere.
