We have a 100+ year old house with hot water, radiator heat. The entire boiler unit had to be replaced. This was not an easy job. The old boiler was removed on Monday and the new equipment was delivered Monday afternoon. Installation began on Tuesday, but it was not a smooth transition. - Travis and his team (including Brandon and Tyler - there were two others but I didn’t get their names) worked diligently all week to figure out what the problem was and finally got the furnace up and running today Friday. They were incredibly hard working and friendly. BIG plus, even though installation took much longer than anticipated, the final cost was as quoted in the original estimate. Best Service personnel were honest, hardworking and unfailingly neat and polite. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC needs.

Best Service came in to do a pretty complicated move of our HVAC unit (and house wide duct work) into a crawl space to open up room in our basement - helping us with a mid-renovation change. They were able to come up with a solution much better than anything else proposed by anyone (and that we hadn't even considered), for a very reasonable price, and were able to get us in incredibly quickly. The team that came out and worked their butts off for 5 days was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Best will be our go-to from here on out.
