I have been going to get massage either from Emily or from Henry for a few years although skipped during the pandemic. They are both phenomenal at massaging and somehow they can find the bad spot without me even telling. As another reviewer pointed out this is not a spa salon but truly for people with body pains. They are very accommodating and you can make appointments easily by phone. I used to go to their website and make appointments online but somehow it doesn't seem to work right now. I have bad ankle, problems with my shoulders (had frozen shoulder on both sides) and back pain and they do wonders every time. Will continue to go. Recommend this place wholeheartedly!

I came here because I've been dealing with a knot in my back for some time. I got the 60 minute table massage. The massage was quite intense and definitely more of the deep tissue style. Several times I had to tell him to use less pressure because it was hurting pretty bad. My back did feel better after the massage but I'm not sure if this style of massage suites me. The husband and wife seemed very nice but spoke very little.

I went today for the first time and I felt compelled to write a review because my experience was extremely good, but also not at all what I expected. For starters I made an appointment because I have been having immense, can't sleep at night back pain. So my only goal was to find some relief. However, I went in expecting your run of the mill massage (penzones, massage envy etc) and this is not that. This is more like physical therapy versus a spa experience. Now initially this really threw me off, but it's been several hours since my appointment and my back actually feels better, so I'm writing a positive review because that was my main goal. It's also important to understand that they don't have you change out of your clothes, which was also different, so dress accordingly. Also, Henry did my massage and he was extremely professional. Overall I plan to return, and now that I know what to expect I am looking forward to it. TLDR: If you're looking for candles and essential oils and flute music, this isn't it. If you're looking to relieve some muscle pain, make an appointment!
