We've used them multiple times and honesty won't ever use anyone else! He's cleaned couches and carpets and helped after a small flood. He's a magician! He's gotten some crazy smells out of couches and carpets from dogs, a fish tank, and a toddler. We were ready to set our sectional on fire at least twice and he somehow made it brand new smelling both times! He is also just the sweetest thing and a joy to have around.
