So far, this has been a great experience because I can get care that will really help overall. Looking at more than just medications makes so much sense. I'm excited to continue with my plan that involves looking at sleep, supplements, etc. Even potentially speaking to someone about my diet. Super impressed after the first appointment and happy I didn't reject the suggestion of AND Health by my doctor.

In addition to your primary care physician AndHealth is a must have. The saying, If I knew I would have lived this long I would have taken better care of myself, well here's your chance.
