We were referred to AirFast Heating & Cooling by our home warranty provider for an issue with our water heater. A representative from AirFast reached out to me right away and we were able to schedule a service call. Our technician Tyler was prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Tyler recommended replacement of the water heater to our warranty company. Within a day of the warranty company approving the replacement, we were able to schedule the installation. Tyler was again a pleasure to work with - I work from home and Tyler was respectful as to avoid disturbing me while I worked. I will use AirFast Heating & Cooling for my HVAC needs in the future and highly recommend their services.
