They did a good job on the whole, and communicating and scheduling with them was seamless. We did a deep clean, which took 5 hours. It was done rather well, and the cleaning team of two people were friendly and worked hard. I would say that attention to detail was a problem. While they did the oven and the refrigerator perfectly, other more simple things were neglected. For example, bedroom carpets were not vacuumed, and there were crumbs on the toaster and the baker's rack, and there was still grime around the base of the toilet. I found this company through Thumbtack, and it was my very first time using any type of cleaning service. I was absolutely amazed by their attention to detail, professionalism, and how genuinely kind they were. They took their time and made sure everything was spotless. What an incredible job by these hard workers. Everything sparkled and smelled so fresh. With 2 dogs and 2 cats the pet hair and dander is gone. Hooray. The kitchen cabinets are gleaming. Thank you for such conscientious workers.
