I hired 1GR Builders to make an addition onto my home to connect the garage and house. The finished product is beautiful!!! Everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about their work quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and communication. They got it done within the estimated cost and timeframe. We live in a 100+ year old farm house. The garage area was very cheaply hand built by a previous owner - a total design and structural disaster! 1 GR builders helped us reimagine, design, and create a functional and beautiful space. From conception to execution, 1GR builders was incredible in making a space that is useable, sound, and functional. 1GR builders - especially Kelly and Josh - was patient with design modifications, updates and more. Have worked with 1GR at our current and previous house. Did a great job of remodeling our kitchen and installing hard wood floors throughout first floor. Very responsive and open as it related to scheduling and what could / couldn’t be done within our budget. We’re also very flexible as we worked through designs and changes throughout the project.
