The electrician was highly skilled, efficient, communicated well, and extremely pleasant. We had to shut the entire electrical system down here at our business for this to be performed. We could not lose a work day and close. Travis D. offered to come in on a Saturday starting at 6:30 AM to accomplish the job in one non business day for us. “We have used D R Stratton Electric for both our professional office location and also our home. At both locations all the technicians we courteous and respectful of our home and office. At our office we had them set up new service on our addition to the building and then also replace lights, switches and outlets. They also ran outside electric to our flagpole and signs. What I liked most is when I knew what I wanted but had a hard time verbalizing my thoughts, they took the time to listen and then make recommendations. When the lights outside did not come on as soon as I wanted or the occupancy more sensitive, they came out and made the adjustments needed.At our home I had them switch out light switches I did not like and also put the electrical outlets right side up. When they left it was like they were never there. Too often we have workers that leave behind drywall or dirt on their shoes. They were straight forward on what was going on with the issue and recommended what needed fix ASAP. We had and older service that really needed to be replaced. They walked me step by step of what was going to happen and we accepted to do it. The very next morning they had a crew at my residence to upgrade the service and they stayed until the job was done.
