He answered the phone right away and discussed a few things to try and troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately, I had tried them all to no avail. He told me he was pulling up to another job, however he would be over right after. Not only did he come within a few hours of me calling him on a Saturday, but he fixed the issue, left a tool to fix the issue should it arise again and took less than what he was going to originally charge because he didn't want to leave my dad with no money in his pocket. Any other company would've charged a ridiculous amount for just the diagnostic, not to mention the repair. Dan you have gained yourself a new customer.
