I purchased a 1950's home and noticed we had a mouse issue. Called Cottom's and they were quick to give us an evaluation and estimate to evict the little critters. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, efficient, knowlegable, and helpful. As soon as the technician finished the work he took me on a tour of the home and showed me all the areas that he filled to block out further mouse tenants, as well as left me with some extra rodenticide pacs to ensure all mice would be gone within 30 days. I highly recommend Cottom's if you have any critter issues.

Land Creations team installed our huge backyard oasis including outdoor bar, swimming pool, fencing, flower beds, etc. We have them back each year for shrub maintenance and mulching. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for stunning outdoor features and design.
We had Delta Carpet Cleaning come our and clean our carpet. They did a fantastic job. While they were here he even cleaned our chairs. Their prices were great!!! They were quick and efficient. Most of all they were professional and kind.
We hired Ryan for finishing up our basement. He was professional, offered a great price, and helped us design. When something was not the way we liked it, he never batted an eye and was always super communicative. His timeline was accurate, along with cost and we really enjoyed working with him. The entire team was fantastic!! They said they would arrive at 8am, and the entire team was here at 8am. They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

I searched all the threads in neighborhood /Berea Facebook groups, Nextdoor, etc. in addition to Google) before picking the contractors for estimates because I've heard so many roofing horror stories and it's a big investment. Every single "Does anyone know a good roofer?" thread in all of those groups Benedict comes up most frequently with people saying great things. I'll post another update here after the project is done, but so far I'm very impressed. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would, which is important to me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and fair. He managed my expectations well about timing too. I'm happy to make them my top pick of the roofers vetted, and looking forward to the project start!

I had the pleasure of having Joey and Casey as my Furnace and AC installers. They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the installation process. I would highly recommend them and Qwest Comfort to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their Furnace and AC unit.
From the first visit to our home for the estimate to the amazing finished product, NHD met and surpassed all of our expectations for our basement remodel. Matt was a fantastic project manager who always took the time to discuss our plans and make great suggestions. Every facet of the process was just as they estimated, no surprises at all. Even when we changed a couple of ideas mid-project, their response was "no problem " every time. We love our finished basement, and we definitely plan to do another project with NHD in the future.

I have no idea when our two bins were last cleaned, certainly not in the last year and half since we've been living here and took them over from the previous owner. They were getting quite stinky, which in turn, made our garage quite stinky. Brian did a fantastic job. Not only do they look practically brand new, but there is no smell whatsoever! Thank you so much. They were quick to answer any messages I sent, too. I absolutely will be having them back on a more regular schedule to keep the cans looking and smelling so clean!
Jeff did our floors about 2 years ago. The entire house was done in laminate wood and the installation was and still is perfect. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was perfect. The carpet in our front room and bedroom is looks as good as the day it was installed.
