This is a great vet hospital. Yes they are good at what they do. That's why they are very busy. Reading some bad reviews just saddens me. The staff is very nice. They to are busy doing their job. Everyone there do a great job . I too had to pay extra for my pet to be seen as exigency, I was ok with that. My cat need to be seen and if I had to take him to a e.r. hospital would had cost hundreds $$. I was more than happy to pay mph their fee to squeeze my pet in. Mph is so busy cause their good. This place is really good at what they do. They are very friendly and it is very clean. I enjoy taking our dogs there. The big issue I have (and the only reason for 4 stars and not 5) is the parking. It's horrible. Very limited and very tight. There is just no other way to put it. They really need their own stand-alone building with better parking. Other than that, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Miamitown Pet hospital for years. My animals have had nothing but the best care it’s evident from the staff in the front office to the staff in the back and the doctors that each one of them are working in this field because they have a love and compassion for animals. Recently, I had to put my elder dog down. They were so gracious and kind to me as the process was going on, and I received a surprise in the mail several weeks later where they made a donation to an animal for profit in the memory of my dog, remaining dog went in for an appointment and became snappy with the staff.
