Greg repaired several places where our carpet pulled away from the strips at its joint with engineered hard wood flooring. He explain what had caused the separation as inexpensive low grade carpet that had essentially pulled apart. We paid Ryan Homes’ flooring sub for up graded carpet and received a terrible grade. BTW, Greg did not have to tell us, because we knew well ahead of his visit. It struck us after closing on the house that the flooring people had a strict policy on making an appointment and the front door was locked when we arrived obviously done to keep dissatisfied costumers away. Great job by Greg replacing a section of carpet and fitting it seamlessly with the other carpeting. Good value for the quality of service as well. And we were so happy with the job we had Greg come back to carpet the stairs as well.

I just recently had my carpet professionally cleaned for the very first time.When I first called to schedule an appointment, I had many questions and they answered them without judgement and were very detailed. The gentleman that cleaned my house was extremely nice, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again! Great job Excel team!
