“I can not thank Dr. Vaughan enough. I came to her with complaints of tooth pain. I originally thought it was a tooth that I had a root canal done on years prior, but she found that it was a tooth behind that tooth. I had no idea. I had been dealing with this pain for years! She was so genuinely caring and supportive in every way possible. Even personally reached out to check on me to make sure I was okay. I felt I was being such a pain because nothing was going right with this tooth. She was doing everything she could to help me try to feel better and the most cost effective way possible. She made sure to let me know that I was not a pain and how awful she felt that nothing was going right for this tooth. She referred me to a root canal specialist where we confirmed this tooth was infact the problem. I was able to have the root canal performed and save my tooth. I recently had my permanent crown placed and Mandy was absolutely fantastic at getting my crown placed and the bite correct. Again I felt like I was being a pain while she was making the adjustments to it, but I know how important it is to have the bite correct with these so there is no more pain. She was so patient with me! Mandy made sure I was comfortable and happy with my bite. Once home I realized I could feel the edge of the crown on the inner side of the tooth when I brushed my tongue against it. It wasn't anything she did wrong. We were just so worried about this tooth giving me trouble or my bite being off we just both missed it. It wasn't something you could visually see, I could just feel it. I called back to see if they could fix it the same day. They were able to get me back within the hour. Mandy gladly fixed it and assured me if anything was wrong or I felt it needed more adjustments to just let them know. I swear they are the absolute BEST team. Everyone has been so friendly, caring and understanding. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable. I would like to thank Suzy. She was by my side a lot during this process. She called to check on me several times times. Offering different advice while we tried to sort out my issues. I could feel in my heart she truly cared. She is the best. So if you're looking for a friendly, caring and understanding team this is where you should go. Thank you ladies so much! It feels so good to no longer be in pain!“

“I am a patient of Dr. Abadi. I followed him from Florence and now drive 25-30 min. to see him in Hebron. His “chair side” manners put me at ease every time I see him. He takes the time to explain everything that is important and is very patient with questions. I also see his dental hygienist Jen who is the best one I have ever had. The facility is spotless. I always have a very good experience.“

“It's nice and clean in the main entrance and the office waiting room. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and an elevator that will get a person in a wheelchair or motorized scooter to the second floor.

The only suggestion I have would be to add buttons for opening the front door and office door so folks in wheelchairs can open them easily.“

“Have been using this dentist for the last 5 years and they always do an amazing job. The dental hygienist (cannot remember her name) is so nice and always makes the visits feel less like a dentist appt and more like hanging with a friend. We talk about restaurants and traveling and family, and I ignore the fact they're cleaning my teeth and scraping the plague off (which I LOATHE lol). And the dentist is cordial as well, cracks jokes and makes sure I am comfortable with everything he is doing. Have had no issues with any of the work they've done. Highly recommend.“

“I went to Oyler when it was up on Ludlow Hill years ago and I was sad when my insurance changed and I was no longer able to go there. I’ve tried many different dentist office over the years and never had good luck. Either the office ran super behind, cancelled appointments day of or the cleaning would be extremely hurtful. I finally reached out again and spoke with Janie regarding their membership and she was more than happy to explain everything in detail and even send me the brochure in the mail that explained everything in detail. I ended up going g with their membership for a set fee and it covers everything I needed done. Hannah was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything in detail on what she was doing next and was very thorough. Everyone that work in the office is friendly and I don’t think you could go wrong with anyone.“

“Dr Baundendistel is a very compassionate and caring dentist. He and the staff always take their time with each patient to make sure your needs are met, and questions are always answered. I always feel relaxed and at ease when going to the dentist because I know I am in great hands with this practice. My entire family including my extended family go there as well. Mary and Cindy at the front desk are always so welcoming and attentive to the patients and always willing to help out with billing questions. The staff that assist Dr B are super as well.“

“I don't even know where to begin. It's hard to convey the many ways Dr. Sprague and her assistants went above and beyond expectations to provide comfort, compassion and care during my visit.
I have anxiety, it's not something I've always had. I had some traumatic experiences with a few doctors/hospitals a few years ago which completely changed me as a person. Prior to the events I was strong, easy going and never afraid of the doctor. NEVER of the dentist. But unfortunately that part of me no longer exists and what's left is crippling anxiety.
I explained this when I went into the office and Dr Sprague and her assistants were so caring and patient. Through a panic attack, tears and sorries, they did not rush anything and made me feel like a human when I honestly felt like an absolute idiot for not being able to control my reaction to anxiety.
It is really hard to find a doctor who cares and makes someone like me feel comfortable during routine or necessary procedures. REALLY HARD.
And while these wonderfully professional and kind people are not therapists, they made me feel comfortable, they listened, they were kind and gentle.
Each step of the way, Dr Sprague explained what she was doing and why, checked on me, and offered me breaks. She talked to me to lessen the anxious thoughts and made the visit so much better than my mind would have made it.
Thank you so much to this whole office for the kindness, professionalism and understanding they graciously provided me.
In a fast paced mostly online world, its nice to have a dental office like this that keeps the experience human.

“Dr. Daniels took such great care of my daughter. A dentist she chose kept canceling her appointments over and over again. She ended up in horrendous pain. She called her original dentist and he told her we will just see you at your next scheduled appointment which was today. With her being in so much pain, I called Bright dental which is my dentist and love them. Bright dental had a cancellation and were so empathetic and able to squeeze her in to relieve her pain and see what was going on. Big guess that other dentist canceled her appointment Again today. My husband and so go to Bright dental and they are so sweet and understanding.“
