My father who is battling cancer, was sent here by his doctors because his kidneys are damaged from the chemotherapy he was on. Due to the damage he is incredibly swollen to the point he can hardly walk and is struggling to breathe cause he has pneumonia too and they wanted to get him admitted to siedman since he is in such bad shape.
My 75 year old father and mother sat in the ER waiting room for over 9 1/2 hours before they were seen.He is extremely sick and was absolutely miserable. He wasn’t the only one either. The nurses in the intake/triage area need to be stripped of any medical license- this isn’t even a matter of bedside matter or rudeness at this point. Was referred to go to this ER due to pneumonia. Oxygen level was low, never offered an oxygen line or breathing treatment. Sat there forever waiting for second antibiotic in IV. Was there from 5pm- almost midnight, never offered any water. Blood pressure has to tangle you up because it is located on the right side instead of left. IV machine constantly beeping, girl didn't know what she was doing, press a button walk away and starts all over again. They wanted me to stay overnight due to being immunocompromised. I told them no and signed papers, better off at home sitting on something softer than plywood and able to drink liquids. Wasn't being checked on anyways....read full review
