I have been going to Tina’s Nails off and on for about 3 years. The service over the last 6 -9 months has declined drastically. More commonly, the salon is prioritizing walk-ins over appointments. In my last two visits I have waited over 30 minutes to be seated for my appointment, the final straw being last night where I waited 35 minutes for my manicure appointment only for my technician to leave me to help another technician finish a pedicure. I left without the completion of service because I knew my nails would be rushed - I am not paying to wait and also have a rushed sub-par manicure.

The prices shown on the booking link are outdated. Everything is $3 more. Plus, if you pay with card they automatically add a 33% tip.

I got a quick eyebrow wax and was told at checkout it was $15 but the receipt was actually for $21.60 and I wasn’t asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave.

There’s no option to enter a tip on the card reader and no place to write in a tip on the receipt. They just take your card, enter the amount they feel they deserve, swipe your card, and the receipt goes to the technician.

I’ve been coming here the past year. Always have had a good experience. They can usually fit me in without an appointment or else I’ll call ahead to book at time. They get you in and out fast. I usually see Deyanna or Linda both of whom I highly recommend.Services: Acrylic nails
