we didnt have a appointment but needed one we came to office theyfit us in on the same day i just recieved custody of a child i needed copy of shot record i brought in proove of custody and they gave no problem gave me copy and a appointment for the child all in one day great customer service and amazing care thanks a bunch to the staff at Mccafferty they were amazing
