Called first thing in the AM, gave a part #, got a call back a few minutes later that he had located one and he could have it in stock in an hour. Got a call about an hour later as promised that it was there and ready. Part was just as promised and the furnace is fixed TODAY...instead of tomorrow or a week from now waiting for online sellers. Local small business taking care of Cleveland with fair prices and fast service.

Friday 1-25-19. Again, great service from Temperature Supply in Garfield Hts. A local HVAC company could't find the computer board for my older offbrand furnace. Basically "They don't make them any more. Want to buy a new furnace ?" So I first went to TS, and they had 2 on the shelf, at a good price. The always helpful counter man, sorry don't recall his name, even said "I'm sure there's more to be had" ! I've always had a good customer expetience at TS, and the fact that they're not Contractor Only is a huge Plus !

I highly recommend Temperature Supply. The individual that helped me out was humble, friendly, and extremely helpful, and those are understatements. I called 10 other companies this morning, not a single one was interested in helping me get the part that I need, Temperature Supply went above and beyond by also helping look for the part I needed and went as far as to suggest one of his competitors, that's how you know someone is a genuine individual and a great company. You've got my business from here on out.
